Cesar is a passionate foodie and has owned Cesar’s Pizzeria for 20 years with several awards under his belt. Cesar grew up in the local area famously known as “The Hub”, continues to live locally and sources the best local produce. His passion for cooking and creating delicious pizzas and dishes was ignited by his Sicilian Mentor and former owner of the Hub Pizza Bar, Natale "Little Chris" Lagana. Chris passed on all his culinary expertise to Cesar, inclusive of all the traditional Italian cooking tricks of the trade, ones that are still alive to this day at Cesar's. While waiting for your pizza at Cesar’s, you can see it being made from start – watching the Pizzaiolo throwing the dough up in the air, then adding fresh ingredients, to finish – seeing your crispy pizza coming hot out of the oven.
In addition to pizzas, you will also find an array of dishes to select from and regular special creations that Cesar loves to create. So, you are bound to fall head over heels for most of Cesar's dishes... Such as all times favourites like the gourmet pizza range, pastas and the dessert pizzas – special mention to the Tim Tam dessert pizza, and the Dolce dessert pizza because they are simply divine!
